Yes, we do offer international shipping. Currently, we ship to Malaysia, Singapore, US, Bangkok, Manila, South Korea, Germany, Canada, Hongkong, Vietnam, India, and many more. How long does shipping from mad for makeup website take?

Why hasn't my tracking information updated?
Please note that tracking information isn't always updated in real-time. Shipping providers may experience delays in updating tracking details. Rest assured, your package is still on its way and may have already traveled further than indicated.
My tracking says "Delivered," but I haven't received my package! What should I do?
