Booking Terms

•⁠  ⁠Please present a valid ID (KTP, Passport, Student Card, etc.) upon check-in.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Please avoid using retinol, BHA, prescription medication, or any kind of exfoliation on your skin for at least 5 days before your treatment.
•⁠  ⁠⁠Arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you're late more than 10 minutes, will not be allowed to join & you'll lose your session (non-refundable).
•⁠  ⁠⁠Bookings are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
•⁠  ⁠⁠For rescheduling, requests must be made at least 1 day prior to the appointment time.
